About the Artist
Hailed as “a grand master” (The American Organist), Alan Morrison is a “virtuoso of flawless technique and refined taste” (The Plain Dealer) who reveals his exceptional musicianship in a wide range of repertoire and performances throughout the US, Canada, and overseas.
A featured recitalist at regional and national conventions of the American Guild of Organists, Morrison is a leading teacher and active adjudicator of international organ competitions.
He holds the McGehee Family Organist Residency at Spivey Hall, the Haas Charitable Trust Chair in Organ Studies at Philadelphia’s prestigious Curtis Institute of Music, and is College Organist at Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
