Box Office Info

Overview: We look forward to seeing you soon. Below is everything you need to know about our box office for the Spivey Hall events.

Box Office Hours

Phone and walk-up hours

Open Tuesday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM.

Thanksgiving week:
Box Office will be open Monday and Tuesday, November 25-26

Box Office will be closed Wednesday-Friday November 27-29

Winter Break:
Box office will be closed from Wednesday, December 18-January 1, 2025

Call the Box Office

During Performances

Open 1 hour prior to ticketed performance for Will Call and Walk Up service.

Lobby Doors

Lobby doors open approximately 60 minutes before show time, with performance hall doors opening approximately 30 minutes prior.

Ticket Purchases

Convenient ways of purchasing your tickets.

Order your tickets online, by phone or at the box office the day of the event.

Online Ticketing

Spivey Hall offers online ticket purchases. A credit card is needed for these transactions and a per-ticket convenience fee will apply for online ticket purchases. “Select Your Own Seat” and “Discounted Ticket” options are available (after all subscribers have been seated). Discounted tickets (e.g. educators and students) must be kept at Will Call and require proper I.D. when picked up.

Payment Options

Spivey Hall accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Please make checks payable to CSU.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates, redeemable for any Spivey Hall event with no expiration date, are available in any denomination upon request.

Box Office Policies

  • Spivey Hall has a no refund policy. Exchanges may be made with 72 hours notice (fees and exceptions may apply).
  • Accepted methods of payment include cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  
  • Prices, shows, artists, dates, and times are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Tickets will not be mailed 10 days prior to show.

Students and Children

Spivey Hall welcomes patrons ages 12 and up to all performances.

For questions or to receive recommendations for younger patrons, please call the Box Office at (678)-466-4200.

All middle school, high school and college students receive a 20% discount with a valid student ID (limit two tickets per ID). Student tickets are subject to availability, held at Will Call until the performance and must be used by the purchasing student. 

50% off tickets.

Students who become Subscribers receive an automatic 50% discount.

Becoming a Subscriber

Clayton State University Students

CSU students receive tickets for $10 or less to any Spivey Hall event (limit 2 per concert, per I.D.). These tickets are subject to availability, held at the Spivey Hall Box Office until the performance and must be used by the purchasing student.

Groups

Groups of 10 or more save 20% off full-price tickets. Tickets must be purchased at one time.

CSU Faculty, Staff & Retirees

CSU faculty and staff and CSU retirees receive a 50% discount (limit 2 per person per concert) depending on availability.

Educator Discount

Georgia educators receive a 20% discount on Spivey Hall concert tickets (limit 2 tickets per concert, per I.D.). These tickets are subject to availability, held at Will Call until the performance and must be used by the purchasing educator.

Will Call Tickets

  • Student and Educator tickets or any tickets processed within 10 days of an event will be subject to our Will Call fulfillment option.
  • Will Call is located at the entrance of Spivey Hall and is open one (1) hours prior to each ticketed event.
  • Owner of the ticket account must present their photo ID  in order to pick up the tickets.
Lost tickets

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

  • Call the Box Office at (678) 466-4200 to have reprinted tickets waiting for you at Will Call (fees may apply).
  • General admission tickets cannot be reprinted. We recommend keeping general admission tickets at Will Call.
  • Owner of the ticket account must present their photo ID in order to pick up the reprinted tickets.
  • Reprinted tickets cannot be mailed.

Authorized or Alternate person to pick up tickets

  • To designate an alternate person to pick up your tickets at Will Call, please call the Box Office at 678-466-4200.
  • Ownership of the account will be verified and our staff will make any requested changes.  The alternate person needs to have their photo ID in order to pick up the tickets.

  • A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, Spivey Hall welcomes patrons ages 12 and up to all performances. For questions or to receive concert recommendations for younger patrons, please call the Box Office at (678) 466-4200.
  • Our Young People’s Concert Series welcomes all ages.
Late Seating

Late Seating

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to park and find your seats before the concert begins.
  • Latecomers and those who exit during a performance will not be admitted back into the hall until intermission or an appropriate pause in the program at the discretion of the Management.
  • Reserved seats are not guaranteed after the performance starts. Latecomers may be seated in the back out of courtesy ot the musicians and other patrons.
  • Guests may listen from speakers located in the lobby until late seating is permitted.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for latecomers.
  • Prices, shows, artists, dates, and times are subject to change at any time without notice.

Spivey Hall, located on the campus of Clayton State University, is a 400-seat, acoustically-superior performing arts venue that has presented the best in jazz and classical music to the metro Atlanta area since 1991.
