Spivey Hall Ticket Policies

Ticket Delivery Options 

1. Email (Free) 

• You can choose to have tickets emailed to you at no charge. 
• Lost your ticket email? We’ll resend it for free, up to 24 hours before the concert. 

1. Will Call Pickup (Free) 

• You can request printed tickets to be picked up at the box office on the day of the event. 
• No charge for this option. 

1. Pickup Opening Day for Subscribers (Free) 

• Season subscribers can pick up their printed tickets for Season 35 on opening day after the Gil Shaham concert.  

1. Mail Delivery ($10 fee) 

• Tickets can be printed and mailed to you for $10. 
• Covers the full set of season tickets (if mailed together). 
• Each additional mailing is also $10. 
• This fee is waived for donors giving $500 or more. 

Ticket Exchange & Credit Benefits

Note: These benefits are not available once a concert is sold out. 

For Donors at the $500+ Level 

• Ticket Exchanges:
• May exchange tickets for another concert with at least 72 hours’ notice. 

• Ticket Credits: 
• May return tickets for credit with 72 hours’ notice. 
• Credits expire one year from the date issued. 

• Important Notes: 
• Tickets exchanged or purchased using credit are final and cannot be changed again. 
• If exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, the difference will be billed at the time of exchange. 
• We do not issue refunds or credits for exchanges to lower-priced tickets. 

For Subscribers 

One no-fee exchange per season with 72 hours’ notice. 

• One credit return per season with 72 hours’ notice. 
  (Credits expire one year from date of issuance.) 

Single Ticket Purchases 

• Single ticket purchases are final sale; they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

Box Office Policies

• Spivey Hall has a no refund policy. Exchanges may be made with 72 hours notice (fees and exceptions may apply).
• Accepted methods of payment include cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  
• Prices, shows, artists, dates, and times are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Tickets will not be mailed 10 days prior to show.

Will Call Tickets

• Student and Educator tickets or any tickets processed within 10 days of an event will be subject to our Will Call fulfillment option.
• Will Call is located at the entrance of Spivey Hall and is open one (1) hours prior to each ticketed event.
• Owner of the ticket account must present their photo ID  in order to pick up the tickets.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

• Reprint & Hold at Will Call: $5 fee per transaction  
• Day of Show In-Person Reprint: $5 fee per transaction; waived for donors giving $500+ 
• Note: General admission event tickets cannot be reprinted due to fraud risk. Use email or will call for these. 
• Reprint & Mail: $10 fee. Must notify the Box Office at least two weeks before the concert.   

Authorized or Alternate person to pick up tickets

• To designate an alternate person to pick up your tickets at Will Call, please call the Box Office at 678-466-4200.
• Ownership of the account will be verified and our staff will make any requested changes.  The alternate person needs to have their photo ID in order to pick up the tickets.

Tickets for Children

• A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.
• Unless otherwise indicated, Spivey Hall welcomes patrons ages 12 and up to all performances. For questions or to receive concert recommendations for younger patrons, please call the Box Office at (678) 466-4200.
• Our Young People’s Concert Series welcomes all ages.

Late Seating

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time to park and find your seats before the concert begins.
• Latecomers and those who exit during a performance will not be admitted back into the hall until intermission or an appropriate pause in the program at the discretion of the Management.
• Reserved seats are not guaranteed after the performance starts. Latecomers may be seated in the back out of courtesy ot the musicians and other patrons.
• Guests may listen from speakers located in the lobby until late seating is permitted.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued for latecomers.
