Summer Music Camp
June 5-9, 2023
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The Spivey Hall Summer Music Camp is a fun, week-long day camp (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) for boys and girls entering grades 4 through 7. This Camp creates a community of young people who enjoy making music with others and want to become better singers and musicians. Participation is open to students with and without previous music experience. The camp activities will take place at Spivey Hall. The week wraps up with a public performance in the fabulous Spivey Hall.
This camp creates a community of young people who enjoy making music with others and want to become better singers and musicians. Campers participate in chorus, a percussion ensemble, play tone chimes and ukulele as well as engage in movement/dancing, group activities and games, meet new friends, and discover new talents.
The Spivey Hall Summer Music Camp emphasizes total musical development through a broad range of activities. Students will participate in chorus, a percussion ensemble, play tone chimes and ukulele, as well as engage in movement/dancing, group activities and games, meet new friends and discover new talents.
Limited spots are available (only 45 students will be accepted). Registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
